Chamber Challenge
The
Chamber Challenge is a monthly newsletter published
by the Chamber. It contains a variety of articles
about business, Chamber members and the community
at large. The circulation of the Chamber Challenge
is approximately 1,500 businesses and a readership
that is significantly larger. Advertising is
available in the Chamber Challenge in various
sizes and price ranges.
Another advertising opportunity with the Chamber is the Monthly Mailer. This mailer is a combination of flyers from member businesses that is inserted into the Chamber Challenge.
Santa Maria Valley Chamber of Commerce Visitor & Convention Bureau Directory and Guide
The Santa Maria Valley Chamber of Commerce Visitor & Convention Bureau Directory and Guide is an annual publication. It provides a list of all Chamber member businesses with their address and contact information. This Guide also provides useful facts and information about the city of Santa Maria. Approximately 30,000 guides are distributed each year. They are distributed throughout the community and sent to out of area individuals who inquire about the valley and its business community. Guides are also available in Santa Maria’s major hotels. Listing in the guide is free to all Chamber members, however there are opportunities to purchase advertising space in addition to the member's listing. Santa Maria Valley Map
Take advantage of the unique opportunity to advertise in the Santa Maria Valley Map. The Chamber is pleased to have partnered with Compass Maps, Inc, successful publishers for over a decade, to produce the highest quality map available. This quality map is a terrific marketing tool available exclusively for Chamber Members to promote their business to other members, area businesses, those looking to relocate and residents. Autumn Arts Grapes & Grains Festival
The Autumn Arts Grapes & Grains Festival, sponsored by the Santa Maria Valley Chamber of Commerce and Visitor & Convention Bureau and the City of Santa Maria Recreation and Parks Department, is a spectacular street faire which attracts over 10,000 people. Sponsors are needed each year to support one of the biggest family-oriented community events in the Santa Maria Valley.
The festival, which is held the first Saturday each October, has something for everyone: entertainment stages featuring bands throughout the day, beer and wine tasting, a chalk art expose, food booths, arts and crafts booths, a fine art show, children’s activities, puppeteers, a petting zoo, community resource displays, various art demonstrations, and hands-on children’s art projects.
Community involvement as a local supporter of the festival is vital to the event’s success. As a sponsor, your business will receive tremendous visibility throughout the Central Coast.
