Local elections matter! Learn more about your local candidates at the City Council Candidate Forum! You'll have a chance to hear from the Santa Maria City Council Candidates running for Districts 3 and 4:

• Gloria Soto, District 3
• Steven Funkhouser, District 3
• Maribel Aguilera-Hernandez, District 4
• Carol Karamitsos, District 4

There will be networking from 6:00pm to 6:30pm, where you'll get a chance to talk directly with the candidates. The forum will be from 6:30pm to 8:00pm and include opening statements from each candidate. Then, we'll break attendees into four groups, and you'll have the opportunity to speak directly with each candidate in a small group setting and have your questions answered. We ask you come prepared with any questions you may want to ask relating to issues that impact the economic vitality of our community and families.
