About Us

Since 1984, seniors in the Santa Maria Valley have been coming to the Luis Oasis Senior Center to enjoy classes, activities and groups that support artistic, social, cultural and educational enrichment
-- We have a very active travel group that enjoys both local and international trips
-- Weekly fitness and dance classes including strength building, yoga, arthritis exercise, aerobics, a wide variety of dancing,
-- Arts, crafts and music classes that include ceramics, faceting and Silversmithing, ukulele and more
-- Games such as Bingo, Rummikub, Hand and Foot, and Mah Jongg
-- Weekly and monthly support groups, as well as social groups.
-- Narcotic Anonymous and Al-Anon meetings
-- Bereavement support, Alzheimer's Caregiver Support, and KinCares
-- Lectures and free monthly presentations on a variety of senior-related topics.
-- Special events, such as BBQs, Talent Shows, Fashion Shows, and all sorts of fun
