  • Los Amigos de Guadalupe (LADG) Is Hiring Both An Executive Director And A Community Development Coordinator

    Position:  LADG Executive Director
    Salary:  $28-$35 per hour
    Hours:  Full Time, 40 Hours per Week

    Position: Working directly with the City of Guadalupe, and at the direction of the LADG Board, the Executive Director (ED) manages all open contracts/activities/projects with the City of Guadalupe, ensuring all contract management is completed on behalf of the city. The ED will directly supervise all paid staff, ensure all volunteers are appropriately supervised.

    The ED represents LADG is community meetings, and on behalf of the city when requested.  The position will research available funding based on the needs of the city, the community, and LADG. The ED will write grant applications for the city, after reviewing grant opportunities. The ED will work with the Board on appropriate grant applications for the benefit of LADG and the community. The ED, with supervision by the Board Treasurer, will maintain financial records, ensure payroll and invoices are paid timely.

    Position Requirements:  Spanish/English fluency in both writing and spoken word; bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Driver’s License, proof of insurance.

    Salary: $22-$30 per hour
    Hours: Full Time, 40 Hours per Week

    Position: Working directly with the City of Guadalupe, the Community Development Coordinator, manages grant awards on behalf of the city, writes grant applications, reviews available grants for appropriateness and fundability. The position represents LADG in community meetings, makes presentation, and presents/report to the City Council on a regular basis, among other duties.

    Position Requirements: Spanish/English fluency in both writing and spoken word; bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Driver’s License, proof of insurance.
