• Holiday Stress and Staying Healthy Amidst the Chaos

    It can be hard taking time during the holiday season for a little self-care, but it's extra important to practice good stress management during this busy season. It doesn't have to cost anything or take a lot of time but please make sure you take a little time for yourself every day. Like enjoying a cup of coffee alone in front of the tree or practicing some gentle yoga for 10 minutes at the end of the day to help you sleep. More relaxation suggestions are listed below.
