Unless you explicitly inform us your ribbon cutting will be a private/by invitation only event, the Chamber will provide the following promotion:

• Invite local dignitaries, Chamber Ambassadors, and Chamber Board members to the ribbon cutting via email
• Ribbon cutting event information published on Chamber Events Calendar
• Event promoted through the Chamber social media
• Event included in Chamber weekly email blasts

In order to provide enough time to properly promote your event, we require you to sign up for your ribbon cutting at least one month prior to the event. Your ribbon cutting is a great opportunity to share your business with the community!

Chamber staff and Ambassadors will attend the event and assist with coordinating the ribbon cutting photo. The Chamber will provide all the materials for the ribbon cutting (ribbon, pens, giant scissors) and will photograph the event.

You will need to provide a small table for the Chamber to set out the ribbon for people to sign prior to the ribbon cutting.

Your business will receive the following promotion after your ribbon cutting has taken place:

• Any photos & videos taken by the Chamber will be shared with your business.
• Photos from the event will be shared on Chamber social media platforms.
