I don’t just look at nutrition; I also review lifestyle factors such as sleep, stress, and exercise which may be contributing to your ongoing health concerns. I take the time to get to know you and create a personalized anti-inflammatory diet & wellness plan unique to you based on MRT/food sensitivity testing & micronutrient testing.

    After experiencing a life limited by ill-health, stress and symptoms that prevented me from enjoying my life, I saw firsthand the difference the right blood tests and investigating food sensitivities can make. My seemingly healthy food choices were actually the cause of my pain and discomfort.

    Now I use my skills and expertise as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Personal Trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine and Certified LEAP Therapist to help people with digestive health problems like IBS as well as autoimmune diseases like fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis, lupus and rheumatoid arthritis live life on their terms rather than being limited by (ill) health.
