About Us

I have been in my field for 20 years and run a successful private practice for over 10. I have helped hundreds of individuals, families, couples and professionals meet their psychological and emotional goals. Currently my training and practice focus on helping driven, successful adults achieve their full potential and helping businesses get the most out of their employees by addressing their employee's psychological needs. In my practice, I provide expert psychotherapy and crisis debriefings to individuals and businesses in the Santa Maria Valley. I am also a Subject Matter Expert with the state of CA, providing supervision for young therapists and writing the state exams for my field. I am Certified in EMDR and currently provide training (with the EMDR Center of Southern CA) and consultation for other therapists who would like to go beyond basic EMDR training.
