Mental Health Resource Fair at the City of Santa Maria Public Library

The public is invited to attend a Mental Health Resource Fair on Saturday, May 11th from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in Shepard Hall at the City of Santa Maria Public Library. Many community agencies will be participating and providing information at this free event sponsored by the Library.

The event’s primary goal is to provide education to the community about services that are available for those affected by mental illness and addiction. Local mental health professionals will offer information on a variety of topics, including mental health, community resources, wellness and recovery. Also offered will be several stress-relieving activities.

This project is supported in whole or in part by the U.S. Institute of Museum and Library Services under the provisions of the Library Services and Technology Act, administered in California by the State Library.

The Library’s hours are 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Friday and Saturday.  The Library is closed on Sundays.
