Imagine a young man on the brink of greatness but is suffering from writer’s block. He falls in love quite suddenly, which inspires him to create one of the world’s greatest love stories. A fictionalized "what if" presents a young and promising playwright, Will Shakespeare, who falls head-over-heals for Viola de Lesseps. Unfortunately, Viola is promised to the stuffy Lord Wessex. Will and Viola’s forbidden love affair - on and off stage - sets the mood for this perfect Valentine… with lots of laughs… some serious and some not too serious sword-play... and a bit with a dog.
