    Wildlife Explorers Program

    The City of Santa Maria Recreation and Parks Department is offering a free Wildlife Explorers Program, a fun, hands-on experience designed to connect youth to nature by encouraging exploration of the outdoors.
    Led by California Naturalist Susan Tuttle, the program will feature nature activities each week for youth ages 5 to 10 accompanied by an adult, to experience together. This bilingual program takes place at the Cabin at Buena Vista Park, 800 South Pine Street.
    Participants can attend Wildlife Explorers Program on Wednesdays from 3:30 to 5:00 p.m., January 19th through February 23rd. Register using session #10600.
    Space is limited and pre-registration is required at www.cityofsantamaria.org/register. To provide this experience to as many people as possible, no repeat registrations are permitted.
