    Cubanissimo takes our community's health seriously and always has. In addition to receiving 100% on every health inspection, we have been consistently going beyond the required measures since the start of COVID-19. We have been wearing masks before it was required, implemented staff and customer social distancing measures, and diligently sanitizing the facility and all surfaces of customer interaction. We offer Curbside Pick-Up, To-Go, and starting 6/1/2020 will offer a fully separate Dine-In area allowing those who want to pick-up the ability to order without exposure to those eating. The facility has readily available hand sanitizer for both guests and staff, is marked with 8ft spatial separations and tables will be assigned as well as fully sanitized between each guest. We have also built a COVID-19 preparation binder that includes logging employee temperatures , team CDC trainings, facility preparedness checks , etc. We ask that guests do not enter our facility if they have been experiencing fever, chills, coughs, or other flu-like symptoms. We ask that they remain 8 ft apart while ordering and waiting for food. Whenever possible, we recommend to-go and curbside pick up options to limit exposure. Masks are requested to be worn when ordering and waiting for food.

In addition, adjusted my schedule to see face-to-face sessions with 15 minute sanitizing period when last patient leaves and new patient arrives. Also, requesting that patients wait in their car until I notify them that I am ready to see them immediately. Telehealth is recommended unless patient is not clinically appropriate for online counseling.You will only attend in person sessions if you are free of COVID-19 symptoms. I am happy to provide you with Telehealth services if you are feeling unwell. You will adhere to the public health orders addressing requirements for facial coverings and social distancing to the extent they exist. You will wash your hands and/or use hand sanitizer prior to entering my office. If you touch your face during session, it is recommended that you immediately wash or sanitize your hands. If you are working in a job that exposes you to individuals who may be infected, I request that you please let me know. I do not recommend attending in person sessions if you are exposed to anyone who may be infected with COVID-19. If you or a member of your immediate household tests positive for COVID-19, you should not attend in person sessions. You agree that if this is the case, you will inform me (and my staff) immediately so that we may resume Telehealth sessions.

We have a COVID-19 consent form and waiver for all customers to read and sign.
