The Santa Maria Valley Chamber remains active in local workforce development, with one of our strategic priorities being to “ensure businesses can count on a pipeline of workers trained for local jobs & careers”.
To better understand the challenges our business and education communities face when it comes to workforce and talent, we are asking that you complete this brief survey in the links below.
